Are All Products In Store Available For Viewing Online?
The answer is no. It would be impossible to have all of our products catalogued online due to the vast quantity that we carry. Therefore we have displayed a selection from each department which will be reviewed on a regular basis, and with additional departments launching throughout the year. For a full range of choice in sportswear and equipment, visit your nearest JJB Store.
How Often Are The Online Catalogues Updated?
Products on the online site are updated daily. Catalogue products generally change online as new lines enter the stores. We try to keep a popular selection for viewing online at all times.
Do All Your Stores Stock Your Full Range Of Products?
Most products will be available at your nearest JJB Sports Store. However, due to the vast choice offered and the limited floor space in our high street stores, certain products will not be carried in stock. In these circumstances, try one of our Super Stores or speak to the store manager in your local branch who will be more than happy to assist you. To avoid disappointment we recommend that you call the store for further information prior to making your journey.
Will JJB Sponsor Our Event/Donate A Raffle Prize?

We are sorry but due to the high number of requests from students that we receive every day, and to confidentiality issues, it is company policy not to send out information about the company which is not already available in the public domain. Can You Check If You Have A Particular Item In Stock?
If your local store does not have a particular product in stock please call 01942 210 123 where a customer service agent will ascertain if we stock the item and where it is being held in your area. If it is outside your area please see the next query.
Can You Transfer This Item And How Long Will It Take?
JJB will only transfer the following items:
- Footwear
- Textiles
- Replica
Providing the items' total is £350 or over. Transfers usually take 14 days but at peak times may take longer.
